2023 Regions AAC Basketball- Ft. Worth, TX
We were honored to be for the first time at the American Athletic Conference, the AAC Basketball Tournament in Ft. Worth, TX right in front of Dickies Arena and inside on the south and east concourse. Fans were entertained by taking pictures with the bike outside and grabbing a free Regions Bank koozie and keychain. Inside on the concourse fans were interacting with the Big IF. Regions bank customers received a VIP Swag Bag along with fans that shared their photos socially. Total number of impressions for the tournament: 91,721
Activation Details & Executed Services
Full-scale event production footprint spanning 4 days outside and inside Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth, TX
Procure, negotiate and manage onsite brand ambassadors, fabrication of all event elements, big bike and IF staff management
Liaison & collaborate with event organizers (Learfield & Dickie’s Arena) for all logistical movements
Work with Regions Corporate Marketing on all elements of activation
