Castrol Super Bowl Hospitality Weekend at Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles, CA in Collaboration with Mindshare USA
DDK Productions curated a once in-a-lifetime experience for Castrol’s sales team & key VIP customers in Los Angeles, CA at this year’s Super Bowl LVI. Castrol as been the Official Motor Oil of the NFL for the past 12 years. Guests enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles in DTLA and began their trip with a beautiful, private dinner at RedBird, considered one of LA’s best dining experiences. They got to listen to and meet San Francisco 49er QB great, Steve Young during the dinner. On Saturday, guests choose either a yacht experience off of Marina Del Ray, get pampered at the Ritz Carlton spa or shoot for the stars at one of LA’s best golf courses. That evening guests the guests were transported out to 2101 Gallery, a unique space that was transformed into the Castrol Garage! The dinner party event was fully decorated in car-themed elements including vintage cars for guests to take photos with, delicious Italian cuisine provided by 2 of LA’s best caterers Mr. G’s Bistro & Chef Eatily and an entertaining Q&A with another SF 49er QB legend, Joe Montana plus many other fun moments throughout the evening! Guests were then escorted to the big game on Sunday at SoFi Stadium and treated to a great game and got to wrap up their weekend with a goodbye reception before departing the next morning.

Leadership role in collaboration with Mindshare & Castrol teams in the coordination, logistics and onsite execution of Super Bowl LVI Hospitality Weekend for Castrol’s 28 executives and guests
Source & contracted all needed event/activity venues (hotel, dinner events and Saturday activities)
Produced full-scale event production for Saturday night dinner at 2101 Gallery (décor, A/V, catering)
Managed transportation for guests throughout the weekend
Act as the strategic and planning lead for all hospitality related elements during the guest’s experience
Led ideation and negotiations with third-party partners/vendors for any/all added-value component needs within overall activation experience (i.e., venue/décor/AV for group dinners, photographer, transportation, hotel, additional staffing support, etc.)
