DDK Productions is very proud to have onboarded a brand new client Nordic Global Health and Technology Consulting to help support their partnerships with two important healthcare conferences that took place this past August. The HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) show in Las Vegas and the Epic/UGM show in Madison, WI. For HIMSS booth space, DDK Productions collaborated with Nordic and 1220 Exhibits to create a fun, inviting space that included lounge seating and a coffee bar in the morning and beer and wine happy hour in the afternoons. The throughput was strong for all three days and the show attendees loved our space!

A few weeks later in Madison, Wisconsin, Nordic hosted a party for show attendees that featured the fantastic band Yacht Rock Revue and a beautiful catered party at the iconic Edgewater Hotel. Over 300 guests attended the party. DDK Productions contracted with Yacht Rock Revue and produced the event in collaboration with Nordic.

Planning, Development & Onsite Execution at HIMSS Sands Expo Center Las Vegas, NV

  • Lead point of contact and Liaison for Nordic in the production and execution of all experiential elements.

  • Collaborate with the Nordic marketing team regarding ideation, overall design of onsite activation / booth footprint elements, full programming of the experience and activation implementation.

  • Ideate and work with Nordic on production of all giveaways for HIMSS show attendees who visited our booth.

  • Manage development and fabrication of overall design of the booth space, working with the Nordic & creative agencies team to execute desired look and feel, ensure integrated experience for show attendees onsite.

  • Lead negotiations with final approval from Nordic, with third-party partners/vendors for any/all added-value component needs within overall activation experience (i.e., HIMSS, 1220 Exhibits, A/V vendor, etc.)

  • Ideate and work with Nordic on production of all promo items/giveaways/contest prizing for show attendees that visit the Nordic booth.

  • Manage installation team/vendor in set-up and breakdown of footprint and thematic elements and responsible for final look and feel before footprint opens to consumers.

  • Direct and produce all activity within footprint during active hours.

  • Contract with any additional parties upon Nordic review and approval, within the approved activation budget to help support executing the onsite activation.

  • Management of the activation budget, activation timelines & deliverables.

Planning & Management of Nordic Executives Private Dinners Las Vegas, NV

  • Lead point of contact and Liaison for Nordic in the planning & execution of private dinners for executives, clients & prospects during the HIMSS Conference.

  • Collaborate with the Nordic marketing team regarding the venue choices and private rooms within those areas for the dinners.

Planning, Development & Onsite Execution of Nordic Party during UGM Madison, WI

  • Lead point of contact and Liaison for Nordic in the production and execution of all experiential & entertainment elements.

  • Collaborate with the Nordic marketing team regarding ideation, overall design of event footprint and full programming of the event.

  • Lead development of overall programming and schedule for the party.

  • Ideate around and help support the messaging of the party invitation & promotion for the event to engage Nordic’s target audience.

  • Act as point of contact on behalf of Nordic with the Edgewater hotel for all space needs, F&B, and logistical elements.

  • Manage fabrication of overall design of the event footprint (floorplan), working with the Nordic & creative agency to ensure an integrated experience for the party guests.

  • Lead negotiations with final approval from Nordic, with third-party partners/vendors for any/all added-value component needs within overall activation experience (i.e., Edgewater hotel, Live Nation (Yacht Rock Band), A/V vendor, additional staffing support etc.)

  • Act as point of contact for Yacht Rock onsite for all their performance & rider needs.

  • Manage installation team/vendor in set-up and breakdown of event footprint.

  • Contract with any additional parties upon Nordic review and approval, within the approved activation budget to help support executing the onsite activation.

  • Management of the activation budget.

  • Management of activation timelines & deliverables.
